Returns Process
We accept returns on new, unused items within 30 days of purchase. To return a product, you’ll need an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending anything back. Just give us a call or email with your order info and we’ll get you set up.

Some returns may be charged a 15% restocking fee

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake
Returns sent after 60 days from RMA issue will not be accepted

Warranty Returns
Think you have a warranty issue? Contact us first — don’t send anything back without approval. We’ll need a quick summary of the problem and your order number. Once approved, we’ll send an RMA# and return instructions.
Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process a refund or replacement as quickly as we can. Having an RMA# helps speed things up
